Are Crave Treats all-natural?

Yes! Our hand-made gourmet treats are baked to order using only the freshest, finest ingredients and absolutely no added preservatives. We use local ingredients where possible, organic mint extract in our Brownie Mint and organic reduced-sugar strawberry jelly in our PB+Jellyness cookies.

Do Crave Treats contain gluten/eggs/dairy/sugar/nuts?

Yes, our treats are baked using the finest ingredients and some flavors contain peanut butter. All of our treats are baked in the same kitchen, so they may not be suitable for those with nut allergies.

What's the best way to store my treats?

In your tummy! In all seriousness, once a bag is opened, all the cookies are usually eaten right away. However, if you have a few left over, you can store them in an air-tight container for several days. Some of our friends like to freeze them to enjoy at a later time. Since Crave Treats are made with all-natural ingredients and no added preservatives, they are best eaten the day you receive them (which usually happens anyway!).

Can I order in advance?

Absolutely! Just specify your desired delivery date in the “Special Instructions” section when you check out and we’ll make sure your treats are delivered on time.

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely! We’ve done custom quantities and packaging for special events, weddings, baby showers, and birthdays. Let us know what you have in mind and we’ll customize something just for you. Please email grace@cravetreats.com and we’ll get right back to you.

Can I include a note with my order?

We will gladly handwrite a short message to go along with your order. Please specify in the “Notecard Message” section when you check out.

SHIPPING

How do I send treats to multiple addresses?

You can register and place multiple orders or email grace@cravetreats.com and we will do the work for you. If you would like to use Crave Treats for corporate gifts, we’d be happy to set up an account for you.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders generally ship within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday to minimize time in transit and ensure your treats arrive as fresh as possible.

How long will it take for my treats to be delivered?

Orders generally ship out of our New York City kitchen within 48 hours. We recommend Ground shipping for orders going to the Northeast (1-2 days). For the West Coast, we recommend at least 2-day shipping to ensure freshness. Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box. Please refer to the UPS Ground shipping chart below for estimated delivery times:

Do you ship outside the United States?

We have shipped our treats as far as Singapore! Please email us and we we'll do whatever we can do get your treats wherever they are needed.

How do I join the email list?

What if I’m not satisfied with my treats?

We want you to be completely happy with your order! If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your treats, please email us and we will be happy to issue you a refund on your treats.
